Real Estate Agency Branding & Development
The design process began with a deep understanding of Lutton Real Estate’s values and goals. The objective was to create a brand that reflects the professionalism, trustworthiness, and local expertise of the agency, while also ensuring it resonates with the community of Ashland and the surrounding area.
Logo Design Process:
The development of the Lutton Real Estate logo was a meticulous, multi-phase process aimed at capturing the essence of the business.
Discovery & Research:
In the initial phase, 92 West conducted in-depth discussions with the Lutton Real Estate team to better understand their vision, mission, and target audience. This was followed by market research to analyze competitor logos, local trends, and the overall real estate industry branding landscape.
Concept Development:
Several design concepts were drafted, focusing on a combination of strong geometric shapes and typography that could symbolize stability and reliability—two core values of Lutton Real Estate. The use of a house symbol was essential in creating a clear visual association with the real estate industry.
Refinement & Iteration:
After presenting a range of initial concepts, the design was refined based on client feedback. The final logo was chosen for its sleek, minimalist design—a stylized house graphic that subtly incorporates the name “Lutton” into the structure itself. This integration of typography and iconography reinforces the connection between the company name and its focus on real estate.
Typography & Color Palette:
The typography used in the logo is modern and bold, making it easily recognizable and memorable. The deep blue color was selected to convey trust, professionalism, and dependability, qualities essential to the real estate market. This color also adds a sense of calm and security, aligning with the experience Lutton Real Estate aims to provide its clients.
Final Approval & Delivery:
Once the final version was approved, 92 West provided Lutton Real Estate with a complete set of logo assets, including variations for different mediums and sizes.
Website Features:
WordPress and Elementor Integration:
The website was developed using WordPress, providing a flexible, scalable platform, while Elementor Pro was leveraged to craft a visually appealing, responsive design that aligns with Lutton Real Estate’s branding. This combination allows for easy updates, ensuring the site remains fresh and functional.
MLS Integration:
The website connects to the MLS system, pulling not only Lutton Real Estate’s listings but also properties from across Nebraska. This integration, powered by the BuyingBuddy IDX solution, offers users a seamless and comprehensive search experience directly on the site.
IDX/CRM Solution:
92 West tested both IDXBroker and BuyingBuddy as potential IDX and CRM platforms. After a detailed evaluation, BuyingBuddy was selected for its robust CRM tools, ease of use, and cost-effective pricing compared to IDXBroker. BuyingBuddy ensures Lutton Real Estate can efficiently manage client interactions and provides enhanced functionality for property searches.

WordPress and Elementor Customization:
Customizing WordPress with Elementor Pro allowed us to develop a unique, branded website that offered both flexibility and user-friendly functionality. The drag-and-drop interface enabled rapid development and easy adjustments to meet client needs while maintaining design integrity.
MLS System Integration:
To provide accurate and up-to-date property listings, we integrated BuyingBuddy with the Greater Plains Regional MLS system, ensuring that all listings, including those from Lutton Real Estate and the broader Nebraska market, are automatically updated and displayed on the site.
IDX and CRM Integration:
Multiple IDX and CRM platforms were tested to ensure compatibility with Lutton Real Estate’s needs. After thorough testing, BuyingBuddy was chosen due to its streamlined CRM solution, user-friendly features, and efficient property search functionality, offering the best overall value.
