Green Pasture Products, a family business based in O’Neill, Nebraska, dedicated to producing high-vitamin butter oil and nutrient-dense fermented cod and skate liver oils since 2003, sought an extensive digital transformation to support their growth. Founded by Dave and Barbara Wetzel, the company’s roots are in traditional practices and the principles of Dr. Weston A. Price. To elevate their digital presence and streamline their operations, Green Pasture Products partnered with 92 West.
Comprehensive Digital Transformation for Green Pasture Products
We initiated the project with a complete redesign of Green Pasture Products’ website, crafting a user-friendly and visually captivating online presence. Migrating the site from Magento to WooCommerce was a seamless process that maintained data integrity while enhancing the overall user experience.
To broaden their market reach, we integrated their e-commerce platform with Amazon Marketplace and Google Marketplace, ensuring synchronized inventory management and expanding their sales channels. This integration enabled customers to easily access their products through multiple online platforms.
Understanding the importance of efficiency in fulfillment operations, 92 West developed custom shipping integrations and automated label-making processes. Additionally, we set up tax zones for all local, national, and international locations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in transactions, which streamlined Green Pasture Products’ operations.
Recognizing the significance of trade shows for Green Pasture Products, we developed a custom trade show application. This application enhanced their trade show presence by facilitating real-time inventory management, order processing, and customer engagement, thereby optimizing their overall event experience.
Our team implemented an advanced inventory management system that tracked stock levels, managed product variations, and automated reordering processes. This system ensured efficient handling of their diverse product line and maintained optimal stock levels.
To drive customer loyalty and incentivize repeat purchases, we introduced the “Cod Cash Rewards Program,” a points-based system where customers earn rewards with each purchase. This program fosters customer engagement and encourages long-term brand loyalty.
Additionally, we established an Affiliate Program to further expand Green Pasture Products’ reach. This program enables affiliates to earn commissions by promoting Green Pasture Products, leveraging their networks to drive traffic and sales.
To enhance online visibility and drive traffic, 92 West provided ongoing national search engine optimization (SEO) services and managed pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns through Google AdWords. Our targeted SEO strategies and optimized ad campaigns significantly improved search rankings and increased conversions, positioning Green Pasture Products prominently in the digital marketplace.
