Ambassador Speakers, Inc. has worked with 92 West for many years. At the time, the platform (ExpressionEngine) met their needs and supported a growing roster of speakers, authors, and media activity. Over time, as the organization expanded and content demands increased, the site began to feel harder to manage, slower to update, and less flexible for the internal team that relies on it every day.

To support Ambassador’s evolving workflow and content volume, 92 West led a full platform transition to WordPress, built with Elementor Pro and Advanced Custom Fields. The goal was not simply a visual refresh, but a shift to a system that allowed the Ambassador team to manage speakers, books, podcasts, and media content without technical barriers. The new platform provides a cleaner editing experience, faster publishing, and more control over how content is structured and displayed.

A core focus of the redevelopment was making the site work the way Ambassador works. Speaker profiles, media appearances, and book listings are now powered by custom field structures that keep information organized and easy to maintain. The request a speaker workflow was rebuilt so inquiries are tied directly to the selected speaker, allowing the internal team to quote and route requests without manual sorting or data cleanup. Search and content structure were also designed to support organic discovery, making it easier for audiences, booking agents, and search engines to find the right voices.

The redesigned Ambassador Speakers website now serves as a practical working tool as much as a public facing presence. It supports daily operations, reflects the breadth of their roster, and allows their team to move quickly when opportunities arise. Built on WordPress with Elementor Pro and Advanced Custom Fields, the platform gives Ambassador the flexibility they need to grow, adjust, and keep pace with the conversations their speakers are part of every day.
