92 West is proud and honored to be awarded the Pro Patria Award for our support of the Nebraska Guard and Reserves. It is presented annually by each ESGR committee to one small, one large and one public sector employer in their state or territory. Recipients have demonstrated the greatest support to Guard and Reserve employees through their leadership and practices.

(We were selected as the small business winner.)

Pro Patria Award honorees are employers who show exceptional support for our national defense by adopting personnel policies that make it easier for employees to participate in the Guard and Reserve.

Please support our troops and their families; even as the wars come to an end our troops need our help at home. Veterans helped us keep our freedom and we as employers can help them when their duty to country is done.
